Image two is the same but after the final step I added a feather of 1
and adjusted the brightness to -6 and the contrast to -26.

With the lamp selected, apply the Wind Deformation
|

Add Hot wax Coating |

Adjust Brightness : 3 Contrast: 62 |

Apply drop shadow |

Starting with a white background, I made the bottom half of the window
black using the rectangle selection tool and the flood fill.
Pasted my lamp into the window as a new layer,
pasted it again as another new layer, and flipped it.
I merged all of the layers and applied Vertical Perspective |

Button Effect

Chisel Effect
- Starting with an empty canvas, I added my text.
- Next I went to Selections | Modify | Expand and expanded the selection by 2 pixels
- With text area still selected, I add Chisel Affect.
- I deselect the area and using Colors | Colorize turned the chisel affect blue
- I added text again and placed in white area
- A dropshadow finished the effect
