oliver 01 1.) Open a new image with the background color set to white (255,255,255).
2.) Set your forground color to 141, 24,7.
3.) Bring up the text dialog box.
4.) I like to use the font "Comic Sans MS" for this one. Type in your text.
5.) Do not deselect the text.

oliver 02 6.) Select "Images," "Special Effects," "Cutout."
7.) Set Opacity to "255" ad Blur to "36."
8.) Do not check fill interior with color.
9.) Set Virtical and Horizontal to "-4" (negative four).
10.) Hit "OK."

oliver 03 11.) Add a drop shaddow. (-4 and 4 look nice not 0 0)

oliver 04 --VARIATIONS-- If you don't want the black on the red then set the cutout Virticle and Horizontal to -2 (negative two).
