Colorize an image

• Hue123
• Saturation174

Choose a color from the graphic as the foreground color on the color palette (43 215 215)
Select Images/Special Effects/Hotwax Coating

Select histogram/stretch

Select Images/Plugin Filters/GalleryA/Spotlight
Settings:

• inner grain 126
• outer grain 48

Select Images/Normal Filters/Blur

• Open a new window the same size as your graphic
• Select Gradient Fill and pour a color or pattern into the new window
• Using the select tool, set it for ellipse, feather 20 , and select the area of your original image that you want to transfer to the new image
• Select Selections/Modify/Feather on the menu bar
• Set Feather to 40, click ok
• Hit ctrl+C on your keyboard (This is the area that will be pasted into the new window.)
• Select your new window
  
• Hit Ctrl+E on your keyboard and place your image
